New patients to The Sports Recovery Hub who join the six-month membership receive one complimentary 45-minute Recovery Session.
This promotional session is separate from the six paid monthly treatments included in the membership. An eligible new member therefore receives:
One complimentary 45-minute introductory Recovery Session
Six monthly 45-minute remedial massage treatments
Seven appointments in total across the introductory offer and membership
The complimentary session is available only to new patients who complete the membership sign-up process and accept the six-month terms before the promotional appointment.
Existing TSRH patients can still join the Recovery Membership and receive the six monthly treatments at the reduced member rate, but the complimentary introductory session is only available to new patients.

The Remedial Recovery Membership at The Sports Recovery Hub is for active people, athletes and everyday patients who do not want to wait until tightness, soreness or accumulated training load becomes difficult to manage.
Instead of booking recovery only when something starts to feel wrong, your monthly treatment is planned in advance and reserved in your schedule.
The first release is strictly limited to 15 memberships.

What is included in your six-month membership?
Your Remedial Recovery Membership includes:
Six 45-minute remedial massage treatments
One treatment credit during each monthly membership period
A consistent monthly payment of $99
Payments collected automatically one month in advance
The option to prebook all six appointments
Placeholder appointments that can be moved when needed, subject to availability and the cancellation policy
The option to upgrade an included treatment to 60 minutes for an additional $10
One optional one-month membership pause during the initial term, with at least four weeks' notice by email
The total membership cost is $594 across six monthly payments.
A standard 45-minute remedial massage treatment is $110. The membership rate saves $11 per treatment, or $66 across the six included treatments.

How the membership works
1. Sign up through Stripe, then call us to book your appointments
Complete the Recovery Membership sign-up and accept the membership terms. The membership is limited to a six-month minimum term.
2. Secure your appointments
We recommend booking all six monthly appointments when you join. These can be entered as placeholder appointments and adjusted later, subject to availability and the clinic's cancellation policy.
3. Pay monthly
Your $99 payment is automatically processed one month in advance of the applicable treatment month. The membership includes six monthly payments and six monthly treatment credits.
4. Use each credit within its month
Each treatment credit must be used during the applicable membership month. Unused credits do not roll over and cannot be transferred to another person.
5. Upgrade when you need more time
You may upgrade your included 45-minute treatment to a 60-minute appointment for an additional $10, subject to practitioner availability.
Membership pause option
Members may request one pause of up to one month during the initial six-month term.
Pause requests must:
Be submitted by email to tmbcsports@gmail.com
Be received at least four weeks before the requested pause
Be limited to a maximum of one month
An approved pause extends the membership term and remaining payments by one month. For example, a six-month membership with a one-month pause will run across seven calendar months.
Requests received with less than four weeks' notice will not stop the next scheduled payment.
First release limited to 15 memberships
We are opening only 15 Remedial Recovery Memberships in the first release.
This limit allows us to protect appointment availability, maintain treatment quality and ensure members have a realistic opportunity to pre book their preferred monthly times.
Once all 15 memberships have been allocated, new sign-ups will close. Additional places may be released later depending on practitioner capacity, but they are not guaranteed.
Remedial massage at The Sports Recovery Hub
The Sports Recovery Hub combines hands-on care with a strong understanding of sport, training and physical performance. Our clinic includes a dedicated rehabilitation and training facility, allowing our practitioners to understand the demands patients are returning to rather than looking at recovery in isolation.
The clinic is based in Keilor and works with active adults and athletes from Melbourne's north-west who want practical, individualised care.
